  Food & drinks were brought out in a timely matter. However, the food wasn't hot. Bread wasn't toasted properly. Hot chocolate was luke warm.

  At 2pm on a Saturday afternoon I was told the kitchen was closed. So I went up to look at what I want and was told no croissants. Really? Cent even heat up one of those? Waiter didn't bring out cutlery with out slices. Someone went around to clear tables after a while. We where still sitting at our table when she stopped and and reached for my mums plate who was on the phone at the time. As she reached she asked can I take that for you? My mother answered with "No" - she was still eating!!! Worst coffee club I've ever been too! Chermside is always great and good with kitchen timing but this was just horrible

  Busy coffee shop, senior citizen hang-out in this shop. So please have patience staff seems taking so much time entertaining them. Great coffee and cakes.
